make a magic ring with 9sc (9)
2: 2sc in each , end with a slip stitch (18)
3: ch3 3dc in same space skip 2 make *4dc skip 2* repeat 5 times, end with slip stitch (you will now have six clusters of four)

 4: make 3 chain stitches and 1 dc in the same space. 1dc in next stitch. reduce the last two stitches to one dc.

 5: repeat row 4 and make 3 chain stitches between the clusters.

6: 4 chain stitches

7: 5 chain stitches

8: 5 chain stitches

9: 5 chain stitches

10: 5 chain stitches

11: 4 chain stitches

12: 3 chain stitches 

13: 2 chain stitches

14: no chain stitches between the clusters

15: slip stitch to join and make one more slip stitch. Than make only two dc in each cluster. 

Cut of yarn or make a long chain for hanging it up with
